What are possible modes of delivery?
We organise deliveries to our customers with reliable and verified contractors. We can offer transport by road, sea and air. For selected destinations we can offer quick combined transportation: road + sea freight. We are able to provide both full truck and groupage deliveries of single pallets.
Where can I collect the good from and how can I check if the loading proceeds correctly?
Goods are being stocked in our warehouse in Warsaw, Poland. You can always verify if loading is in accordance to your order by: receiving photo documentation or CCTV footage made during the loading sending to the place of loading the person authorized by the client to make the control of loading Such service is provided by the company SGS: http://www.sgs.pl SGS
Are delivery charges included in product prices?
Prices given in our offers are EXW Warsaw, Poland and they do not include delivery charges. All transport costs are calculated individually, accordingly to Customer’s needs and always with the best rates available on the market.
Is it possible to have good labeled before the loading?
As an additional service with extra charge, we provide full service of stickering, repacking and text injection. We can personalize labels to requested size, colour and language version.
Am I obligated to purchase, when I place an order?
Our standard order completion condition for foreign customers requires 30% deposit as an order confirmation. If the amount is not settled on our account, we can not guarantee keeping the stock reserved. With domestic orders, each time we settle cooperation conditions individually.
How long does it take to receive an offer?
Our sales specialists will contact you within 24 hours from the moment of placing an inquiry.
Who can I ask about current offers and prices?
Both price inquiries and commercial orders can be placed directly with our sales specialists from particular departments. Alternatively, you can use contact form available on our webpage.
What forms of payment and which currencies are accepted?
We accept payments made on PUH PILOT account in Deutsche Bank S.A. and ING Bank Śląski S.A. Payments can be made in EUR, USD and PLN.
